Hello
I’m Svetlana Transka-Lea — a holistic practitioner, caregiver, and guide for women who are holding a lot, often for everyone else.
Women who are capable, caring, and strong — but at times feel tired, stretched, or disconnected from themselves.
I know that space well.
My work didn’t begin with formal training. It came from life — supporting loved ones through complex health challenges, navigating uncertainty, and trying to keep going while carrying more than felt sustainable.
For a long time, I thought strength meant pushing through.
What I’ve learned — through both experience and the work I now do — is that real strength comes from knowing how to come back to yourself, not when life becomes easier, but while you’re living it—holding it all, navigating it, and finding your way back to yourself.
...healing & caring is heroic, we’re not meant to do it alone.....
I was born in Kazanlak, Bulgaria — the Valley of Roses — and now live in Brisbane, Australia, while regularly travelling back home. Living across cultures and life chapters has shaped how I see health, resilience, and what it means to truly feel well.
There was a time when I was balancing a corporate career, homeschooling my children, and caregiving across countries — doing my best to hold everything together. That season taught me not just resilience, but the importance of building a way of living that actually supports you, not just those around you.
Today, I support women — especially in midlife — who are caring for others while navigating their own stress, health challenges, or transitions.
Women who feel there’s more available to them… but aren’t quite sure how to access it consistently.
My approach is grounded in one core belief:
you are not broken, and healing isn’t something done to you.
Through BodyTalk, PSYCH-K®, and practical lifestyle support, I work with your body and your life as a whole — helping you rebuild energy, find clarity, and feel more like yourself again.
Not by adding more to your plate, but by working with what’s already there.
This work is personal.
I support my mother, who lives with dementia, and I’ve walked alongside loved ones through mental health challenges, addiction, and chronic illness. That experience has shaped how I show up — with honesty, respect, and a deep understanding of what it means to care for others without losing yourself.
Because for me - the truth is:
Life doesn’t get easier on command.
